Peculiarities of vinification. This amazing wine us crafted from the international Cabernet Sauvignon variety grown at Fanagoria’s best vineyards located in the Taman peninsula. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barriques, and then for at least 6 months in bottles.
Sensory characteristics. This dark-ruby-coloured wine has a varietal taste with shades of blackcurrants, tobacco, prunes and leather. Spicy and vanilla-like flavor dominates at the background of oak barrel’s ‘mist’. Nice structure and good balance make this wine extremely exquisite.
Food pairing: perfect match to game, grilled meat and soft cheeses.
