Peculiarities of vinification. It is crafted from Chardonnay grape cultivated in "Sennoi" area in Taman Peninsula. It is produced using classical technology - secondary fermentation in the bottle. Maturation on lees for at least 12 months.
Sensory characteristics. Color: pale straw with a light green hue. Bouquet opens up with delicate buttery notes, flowers of rosehip, acacia, with notes of ripe peach, pineapple, brioche with butter. Taste: fresh, rounded, gastronomic with creamy and fruity aftertaste.
Food pairing: light vegetable hors d’oeuvres, salads, bruschetta, cheese, pasta, risotto, paella, prawns, scallops, cod, halibut.
To be served at 6-8 °C.
