Peculiarities of vinification. It is crafted from Chardonnay grape cultivated in "Sennoi" area in Taman Peninsula. It is produced using classical technology - secondary fermentation in the bottle. Maturation on lees for at least 12 months. 

Sensory characteristics. Color: pale straw with a light green hue. Bouquet opens up with delicate buttery notes, flowers of rosehip, acacia, with notes of ripe peach, pineapple, brioche with butter. Taste: fresh, rounded, gastronomic with creamy and fruity aftertaste.

Food pairing: light vegetable hors d’oeuvres, salads, bruschetta, cheese, pasta, risotto, paella, prawns, scallops, cod, halibut. 

To be served at 6-8 °C.

Pale yellow colour with green tinges with a lovely cover of foam. Elegant nose with floral, fruity (lemon) and lactic aromas. Powerful foam in the mouth, with freshness and elegance. Volume and balance with pastry and lemon flavours. Beautiful expression and great persistence.
