Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is made from Cabernet Franc grapes grown in Fanagoria vineyards located in the Sennoy geographical area of the Taman Peninsula. Fermentation in pigeage vinifiers. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Sensory characteristics. Ruby color. Flavour: tones of dried cherries, prunes, rose hips, licorice and notes of noble oak. The taste of wine is extractive with a long berry - spicy aftertaste.
Food pairing: meat dishes of beef, lamb or pork with berry-spicy sauces.
To be served at 14 - 16 ºС.
