Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, cultivated at Fanagoria’s best vineyards located in the Taman peninsula. Hand picking, soft processing, fermentation at low temperatures. The wine was matured for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Sensory characteristics. Colour: dark red. The wine has a complex and well-structured flavor, with notes of vanilla, blackcurrant, plum and cherry jam, soft tannins, and shades of spices, chocolate, smoked black berries and morocco. Aftertaste – berry- and pepper-like, prolonged.
Food pairing: veal, mutton, lamb and game dishes.
To be served at 16-18 °С.
