Quince on the palate, and rural motifs à la smart tractor in the nose – you seated yourself with a glass in your hand – and as if you’re on a hayloft.
Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Pinot Grigio grapes, cultivated at Fanagoria’s best vineyards located in the Taman peninsula.
Sensory characteristics. Colour: light-straw. Bouquet: exquisite, with notes of yellow daffodils and flowering lilac, white and citric fruits. Taste – well-balanced, with a prolonged berrylike and mineral finish.
A limited release wine, presented in Fanagoria wine boutiques only.
