Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Aligoté grapes, grown at Fanagoria vineyard facility and exposed to ‘green harvest’ technology. A pneumatic press was used at the winemaking stage; the free-run juice was fermented at the controlled temperature of 15–16° C; the wine was matured in a stainless-steel tank on thin lees for at least 6 months.
Sensory characteristics. Colour: straw, with greenish hues. Citric-orange notes on the first nose are followed by flowery nuances and notes of steppe grasses: feather-grass, clover, and sage. Taste: clean and soft, with a long fruity aftertaste.
