Peculiarities of vinification. The wine was crafted using the technology of short-term must cryomaceration, owing to which red grapes gave a pink wine.
Sensory characteristics. Colour – delicate pink. The flavour nicely opens up notes of wild berries and flowering white peony. Taste – fresh, with a prolonged raspberry finish.
Food pairing: to be paired with salads, appetizers, dishes with seafood and cheese.
To be served at 10 - 12 ºС.
