Manufacturing technologies. The brandy is crafted by classic technology from brandy spirits double distilled in 500-litre copper pot stills, from Chardonnay, Rkatsiteli, Aligoté and Riesling grapes of 1977 vintage.
The sophisticated and rich bouquet of this brandy was formed owing to our unique inhouse composition of distillates seasoned for at least 40 years in barrels from Caucasian, French (Limousine) and American oak.
Sensory features. Colour: golden-amber. Flavour: with vivid specific notes of boxwood and exotic fruits, combined with tarry nuances and notes of dries fruit, pine nut and salty chocolate so much inherent to extra old brandies.
Recommended serving: in tulip-shaped glasses.
