This sparkling wine has been crafted using the Charmat technology with subsequent maturation for at least 6 months on the lees, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in the Taman peninsula. Colour – light-straw. The well-developed maturation bouquet successfully combines notes of pastry, white fruits and meadow flowers.
To be served chilled down to 6-8 ºС with white meat in teriyaki sauce, cheese, cream desserts and pastry stuffed with fruit.
