Peculiarities of vinification. The wine crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown at the corporate property in the Taman peninsula, with the use of arresting fermentation.
Sensory characteristics. Thankful to a short-time cryomaceration, the wine has acquired its tender pink colour. Flavour: tender, with notes of sugared wild berries and strawberry jam. Palate: well-balanced, fresh and mineral, with a long berrylike finish.
