Peculiarities of vinification. The wine was crafted from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown at the corporate property in the Taman peninsula. The blending process gave birth to a universal food-friendly white wine.
Sensory characteristics. Colour: straw-greenish. Flavour: bright, with notes of exotic and citric fruit: grapefruit, lime, pineapple, kiwi-fruit, mango, and white peach. Palate: full, refreshing, well-balanced, fruity-citric, with a long aftertaste with mineral and spicy notes.
