Manufacturing peculiarity. Golden Chacha is a matured grape marc distillate, made from Chardonnay with addition of Aligoté and Bianca grapes grown in the historical winemaking region of Phanagoria, Taman peninsula.
Sensory peculiarities. It has a lively flavour with notes of flowering grapevine, freshly picked grapes, white fruits and field flowers. Chacha has a soft and buttery taste with a prolonged spicy finish. The distillates are matured in barrels made from Caucasus oak by Fanagoria Cooperage.
Does not have to be chilled before serving. A good match to Russian and Caucasus cuisines.
Serving advice: a tulip-shaped glass.
