Cabernet

Peculiarities of vinification. NR Cabernet Fanagoria is an unoaked dark-red wine from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at own vineyards in the Taman peninsula.

Sensory characteristics. Flavour: varietal, with notes of sour cherries and blackcurrants, wild violet and green tealeaf. Taste: full-bodied and fresh, with a pleasant range of berrylike and fruity nuances at the background of spicy notes. Finish: berrylike, with spicy and prune nuances.

Food pairing: this wine would be a nice fit to a broad variety of red meat and game dishes.
