Peculiarities of vinification. Fanagoria vineyards located in the Taman peninsula. Cold arrested fermentation.

Sensory characteristics. Colour: light-pink. Flavour: intense but fresh and summery, with creamy notes of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants. Taste: full, with a bright range of fruit-drop notes of red berries and barberry. Finish: prolonged, berry-like.

Food pairing: this wine may be a good fit to seafood salads, duck, and fruit or berry desserts.

To be served at 10-12 °С.

Note: The wine may be marketed in green bottles.

Recipe: fried Circassian (Adyghe) cheese under strawberry sauce, with off-dry rosé wine NR Cabernet Rosé.
