Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Aligoté and Riesling grape varieties, grown in own vineyard located in the Taman peninsula.
Sensory characteristics. Colour – bright yellow with light greenish sparks. Nose – exquisite, with notes of flowering sunflower, lime and meadow grasses. Taste – fresh, vivid, and well-balanced.
Food pairing: to be served to vegetable salads with white meat, cheese plate, baked chicken, duck or pork with apples.
To be served at 10 - 12 °С.
