Peculiarities of vinification. Wine is crafted from Cabernet Franc grapes, cultivated at Fanagoria’s own vineyard located in the Taman peninsula. The wine was prepared using the method of short-time cryo maceration, giving the wine its peculiar light-pink colour.
Sensory characteristics. The wine’s exquisite salmon colour glares down, matching its delicate flavour with the notes of creamy strawberry, sour cherry, redcurrants, vanilla and pastry. Taste – fresh, rounded and harmonious.
Food pairing: to be served to Mediterranean and Asian foods, slightly salted salmon, Bris and Roquefort cheese with fresh bread and fruit, and goat cheeses.
