Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from the classic Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, grown in own vineyard located in the Taman peninsula. The wine was prepared using the method of short-time cryo maceration, giving the wine its peculiar light-pink colour.
Sensory characteristics. An intense and fresh summer flavour with creamy hints of raspberry, strawberry and redcurrants; a full-bodied taste with a lively spectrum of fruit-drop nuances of red berries and barberry, and a long berrylike finish.
Food pairing: to be served to vegetable salads with brynza cheese, Pan-Asian fish dishes, salads with duck meat, baked duck with sweet berry sauce, fruit and berry creamy deserts based on strawberry, raspberry and cherry.
