Peculiarities of vinification. The wine is crafted from Pinot Noir and Merlot grape varieties, grown in own vineyard located in the Taman peninsula.
Sensory characteristics. A wine of rich red colour, fruity and berrylike tones with notes of undergrowth, spices, poppy seeds and freshly baked fancy buns on the nose, and a soft, velvety and rounded berrylike taste with a prolonged spicy finish.
Food pairing: to be served to baked duck with spicy sauce made of cranberry and lingonberry, bruschetta with duck pâté.
