Peculiarities of vinification. The main ingredient of this wine is the international Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. The other constituents are a trade secret of the winery.
Sensory characteristics. Colour – rich red. Bouquet – with notes of black fruits, pomegranate, wild violet and undergrowth. Palate – velvety, with soft tannins and a long finish.
Food pairing: to be served to any meat cooked over open flames, grilled or pan-fried, pizza with meat and cheese, bruschetta with smoked sausage.
