Peculiarities of vinification. This wine is crafted using classic method from Tannat grape variety.
Sensory characteristics. Rich dark ruby color. Flavour: chokeberry, thorns, cheese and milk tones, dried cherries, spices. The taste is extractive, well structured.
Food pairing: to be paired with meat dishes - lamb, beef steak, cold meat snacks, spicy sausage, Bolognese pasta.
To be served at 16 - 18 ºС.
